Every wedding planner should have a wedding planner checklist. The wedding planner checklist should be different from one wedding to the next, although the basics will remain the same. The general purpose of this checklist is to make sure that you keep track of everything the couple wants in their wedding and to keep track of what has gotten done and what hasn’t.
Obviously then you are constantly going to be updating your wedding planner checklist, as you make progress and more and more tasks are completed.
With this checklist, you will not only make sure that you are able to get everything done but as well you can save yourself the most money. To make your own checklist, all you need to do is make a list of all the different things that you need to get done, in as best chronological order as you can.
Keep in mind that it really does not matter what order you do these tasks in, at least not for the most part, and the most important thing is that you mark the tasks off as you get them done so that you can keep track and make sure that everything gets done in time for the wedding.

If you find that it is just too much and would rather have someone else take care of the wedding planner checklist, well then of course you can do this and hire a wedding planner. This will allow you to free up your time a bit better and not have so much to worry about. As the bride, you should definitely have someone helping you out because this time in your life is already stressful enough and you should not have to worry about so many things during this important time in your life.
There are some terrific wedding planners out there that you may be interested in, and just make sure that you find the right one for you. You want a wedding planner that is experienced, with at least a few years behind them, so you can see how they perform. You also want to make sure that you are going to get along with them.
